To make a bequest

You may will sums or objects to the Fondation Napoléon, so as to support it in its different missions encouraging interest in the history of the First and Second Empires.

In the case of a money bequest, so as to avoid any difficulties with descendents, the bequest may not be more than the 'quote part de l'actif successoral' determined by the number of children.

What you might write in your will could be as follows :
I bequeath to the Fondation Napoléon the sum of x Euros.

In the case of a bequest with no heirs, the formulation could be as follows :
I establish as my universal heir the Fondation Napoléon, and revoke all dispositions previous to this present document.
