Rabbi Lance J. Sussman of Keneseth Israel Synagogue in Elkins Park PA will present an illustrated lecture on the impact Napoleon had on the Jews, from the Emancipation to the Infamous Decree. Rabbi Sussman is a PH.D. historian who has taught at Princeton University and is a published author.
