A study day organised as part of the exhibition Waterloo 1815: The Art of Battle at the Royal Armouries, Leeds.
The study day sets out to:
– Explore the significance of the battle both today and at the time
– Examine the arms and armour used at the battle
– Look at how weapons were depicted in contemporary art
– Re-examine the recently conserved Siborne model
