AFP reports on the discovery of what is claimed to be clippings of Napoleon Bonaparte's hair, taken from the French Emperor when he was on his deathbed in St Helena. The clippings were discovered in the Town Hall in Sydney (Australia) during a clean out of the building's vaults.
