The August conversazione in Lucca are back! Between 18 and 20 August, three free talks will be given (in Italian) at the Chiostro di San Micheletto as part of the series “From Paris to Lucca: Lifestyles in the Time of Napoleon and Elisa Bonaparte”, organised and masterminded by Roberta Martinelli.

Wednesday 20 August, 9.30pm > “A Film Director Puts Napoleon in the Frame: Abel Gance and his Legendary Film”, by Pier Dario Marzi, with the collaboration of Cineforum Cinit Ezechiele
