BBC: auction of minitaure portrait of Scottish commander who guarded Napoleon

The BBC website (UK) reports on a forthcoming auction which includes a miniature portrait of Sir Pulteney Malcolm, who was third in command of the fleet which set fire to a number of public buildings in Washington, including the White House, and who also served as Commander-in-Chief on St. Helena, where he oversaw Napoleon Bonaparte's detention.
