Creative Assembly and Sega, the team behind the popular Total War series have announced the forthcoming release of Napoleon: Total War, which is due in shops from February next year. According to the developers, the game will be more story-based than previous installments, and will allow players to play the role of Napoleon and take charge of his army in some of his greatest campaigns and battles: the First Italian campaign, Egypt, the Austrian campaign and, of course, Waterloo. Alternatively, the player will be able to fight as Napoleon's enemies, and change the course of history as it is known.
