Despite Alan Forrest's best efforts, the attendees present for the National Army Museum's speaker day on 14 April voted for George Washington, who was declared Britain's Greatest Enemy Commander. Napoleon, whose case was presented by Alan, came in third with twelve votes (out of a possible sixty-seven).
