Napoleon Online proudly presents a two-day symposium in association with the “Museumslandschaft Hessen-Kassel”. The symposium is to held on 19th-20th April, 2008, and will cover all military aspects of the Kingdom of Westphalia between 1807 and 1813. In addition, the origin and the legacy of the army could be reflected.
The “Hessisches Landesmuseum” (National Museum of Hesse-Kassel) will be holding a highly regarded exhibition on the Kingdom of Westphalia from 19th March to 29th June, 2008, with objects coming from collections worldwide.
Each paper should last 30-45 minutes and be either in English or German. The two day symposium is scheduled for the whole of Saturday (19th April), and half a day on Sunday 20th April. After which there will be a guided tour of the exhibition.
Visitors to the symposium will have to pay a small entrance fee and invited speakers will be admitted without cost.
